Q. That day doesn't work for me. Can I have a different day (Mon,Tues,Wed, etc)?
A. Unfortunately, No. The only thing we can do from this point is put you on for another week. We can't promise specific days or times because of the volume of service calls and the fluctuation of how long each job will take.

Q. What time is the technician coming?
A. There are no specific appointment times, service can happen between 7am-7pm.

Q. Will the technician call me on the way?
A. No, they will not.

Q. Do I need to be home?
A. You do not have to be home.

Q. What is not included in an opening/closing?
A. Pool cleaning, water testing, extra chemicals outside of a Green Treat, repairs/replacements.

Q. What is a green treat?
A. Adding 10gallons of liquid chlorine & Poly 60 algaecide to a green pool to kill the algae overgrowth at opening, or used as a preventative at closing time to help combat algae growth during closed months. (additional cost)

Q. How do I prepare for my opening?
A.
1. Leave your ladder, handrail(s), cover bag (if you have one), skimmer baskets, return jets, out in the pool area. * Technicians DO NOT enter sheds, basements, or garages*
2. If you shut the breaker off for the winter, make sure it's back on, so there is power to the pump
3. Make sure the water level is middle of skimmer or above
4. If you normally lock your gate, make sure it is unlocked
5. Please let us know prior to appointment if green treat needed
6. Allow 48-72 hours of opening chemicals to circulate through the pool before getting a water test.

Q. How do I prepare for my closing?
A.
1. Make sure to get water chemistry balanced before closing
2. Lower the water level 2" below the skimmer * If water is not lowered the technician will leave and you will have to reschedule your closing*
3. Mark the water line with a piece of tape by the skimmer( this will help to determine if any leaks and could warrant the need for a new liner in the spring)
4. Disable the timer so the pump does not turn back on, once the pool is closed
5. DO NOT shut off the breaker yet, there needs to be power for the blower
6. Leave out cover, water tubes (regular cover pools), plugs, and skimmer gizmo by the pool, ( If plugs & gizmo are not left out, we will provide new ones (additional fee)
7. If you normally lock your gate, make sure it is unlocked
8. Please let us know if green treat needed

Q. How do payments work?
A. When calling to schedule your appointment, we ask you to place a credit/debit card on file. A $25 deposit will be made to keep your appointment, with the balance submitted after the service is complete.
If paying by check/cash, those payments must be done in store prior to the scheduled appointment.
We will have a Service agreement form that will need to be filled out & returned prior to any scheduled services.
